Improved Audio Tape Enhancement
Investigators commonly receive poor quality audiotapes requiring speaker separation or elimination of random noise. This software tool uses the most advanced signal processing algorithms available to overcome these difficulties. These methods can also be used to enhance recordings from other types of storage media after converting them to commonly used .wav files. These processes are often used in conjunction with the Reliable Audio Voice Identification software, also developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Lincoln Laboratory.
