Description: The CTTSO is characterizing and advancing the body of knowledge regarding the production of commercially manufactured electro-explosive devices, beginning with electric detonators. The objective of this effort is to acquire various electric detonators, to forensically document individual performance characteristics, and to create a data base of pertinent information on electric detonators. The end state would be a searchable database of relevant electronic detonators, as well as a detonator identification guide, with a classification not to exceed For Official Use Only or Law Enforcement Sensitive.
